A style for living
John is best known for his exuberant use of colourful and multi-layered patterns, and for warm and welcoming rooms where nature-inspired upholstery fabrics mingle with heirloom pieces to bring a hint of tradition to contemporary settings. His interior schemes are convivial spaces, always pleasing to the eye, never overwhelming.
Cherished objects and family treasures express a respect for heritage so be sure to mix them in spaces where family and friends gather.
Defining your design style
John believes a home should work comfortably for the people who live there. It should reflect the personality, likes and wants of the homeowners while also respecting the original nature of the architecture and setting.
The result should be a space that has soul and personality.
“We don’t prescribe or impose on you any particular design style. It is your space; you must feel delighted to live in it.”
